between your thighs and squeeze. Springs will provide resistance, thus forcing you to use your leg muscles and hold them there until the Max
closes. As you get stronger you simply adjust the Bun and Thigh Max to provide more resistance.
And while you can get great results with or without equipment, none of it will matter unless you actually do the exercise. Set aside 3 to 5
days each week and do a brief workout. Stick to it and you see reduced cellulite before you know it.
